Have you come to a 'dead end' with your own research?
Eileen was a member of staff at the Local Studies Unit in Manchester Central Library for over 7 years, and consequently has a particularly good knowledge of the Manchester area. Eileen has traced her family tree of Smith back from Manchester in the 1860's to Coventry in 1805 and another branch named Nelson back to the 1600's in Cumbria. Other areas that her family originate from include Shropshire and Bury in Lancashire. Neville has been tracing his family history for 15 years and his travels have taken him from England to Scotland and Ireland, with some trails originating from the early 1700's. We welcome enquiries for research large or small. We can help with just one baptism or tracing a full family history, an obituary in a local newspaper or a photograph of a street where your forebears may have lived. For further enquiries regarding how we may help with your research, please contact us.
